New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court
The New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court has filing resources, links to other sites, published opinions of the court, rules and forms, filing fees and other information.
American Bankruptcy Institute
The American Bankruptcy Institute site is designed primarily for bankruptcy lawyers and members, but includes national statistics, court decisions and legislative news items available to the public.
United States Trustee Program
This is the web site for the branch of the Department of Justice which oversees the bankruptcy process. They appoint the trustees and act as their supervisors. The web sit has general information about bankruptcy, the means test, credit counseling agencies, and other resources.
